I ordered a bracelet (and not an inexpensive one) THREE months ago and I have yet to receive it. This was prior to any pandemic-related shutdowns in the US. I could understand when there was a delay initially as things began to close, but unfortunately there has been a complete lack of proactive communication from the company about the status of orders. Every time I write, I get a reply stating that there will be yet another 2 week delay. Most recently, I was told there "may" be a 3 week delay. That was more than 3 weeks ago with no sign of my order. When you pay hundreds of dollars for a product, you certainly expect it to a) arrive on time and b) for there to be accurate and upfront communication from the company. Absolutely unacceptable.

Horrible customer service

I ordered a bracelet - and not an inexpensive one - more than 3 months ago. This was prior to any pandemic-related shutdowns in the US. I ordered a piece of jewelry online from this company. Because I was not receiving an email telling me of the status of my order, I sent three emails asking for a tracking number or the status of my order. When I finally received an answer to my emails, I was told if I paid $45 they would guarantee delivery by Christmas even though I had ordered it well in advance of Christmas. I located a phone number on their website and when I called it, it was disconnected. Finally today my Ring Doorbell showed a delivery but I am out of town. It would’ve been nice to have been notified so that I could have made arrangements for the package to have been held from where ever it was coming from. I will never order from this company again!

“Gold” cuff fades immediately

My boyfriend gave me the most amazing bracelet with the coordinates of where we first met. However, after about 6 months the gold plating completely began to wear off, giving it a very dingey look. This wasn’t a cheap bracelet....I could have purchased the same quality on Etsy for a MUCH lower price. I thought the pricing reflected the quality of their product, but sadly it did not :/ still a super thoughtful gift though! I just feel terrible he paid so much money. I’m going to my local goldsmith to recreate my favorite bracelet with a completely gold cuff for a lower price.....

No Customer Service

I haven't even received my necklace yet!!! Wasn't really worried until I read some of the reviews...now I am worried. To start it off, this company was referred to my by my sister. I purchased a necklace for my girlfriend for Christmas with the coordinates where we met. After completing the purchase, I noticed that they didn't send me a confirmation email. AKA the most important document with online orders.... so I sent an email and let them know I needed the confirmation to track my order. What they sent was anything but. Just screenshots from a computer of the work order... No tracking number. I've been trying to get a hold of them for days but only to fail. I have an estimate delivery date (Dec17-19th) but from some of the reviews Ive read online, I may not even get it by then... Not a legit company in my eyes and I will no longer be referring friends. Now my biggest concern is the quality of the necklace. Didnt think I way buying a piece of crap...we will see Wtf

$250 store credit was finally issued to me. Not what i wanted, considering after this poor customer service experience I do not want to give them further business, but better than nothing. Would not shop here again

Had received a bracelet as a gift. After just a few hours I broke out in a horrible rash.

I had contacted customer service to see if I could return this. I had to send a picture for proof before sending it back. Once I got the OK to go they had me send it back to them and the person who bought it would lose 30% due to restocking fee, which is completely fine. Then, Customer service emailed me asking for the credit card number it was purchased on, insisted they needed me to give all of the credit card information in order to refund.

I have never had to give all of this information to anyone for a return before.. they are always able to just refund it to the original payment form. A week later the person who bought me this gift had a compromised CC and was issued a new one. I spoke with customer service and they said there is now no way to refund me since he has a new card.

It shouldn't be this hard to get a refund. It's absolutely ridiculous. Most companies try to bend over backwards to help figure things out. The response I got from Joseph was " we can't refund then, please advise".

Useless. Definitely wont be shopping here ever again.

So disappointed with quality

After wearing the necklace rarely over the course of a year, I noticed the outside silver plating had worn off and the necklace looked tarnished. I contacted customer service and was told they would fix for $30 + shipping. Given the cost of the necklace, I expected something of much higher quality. I'm so disappointed and, after only a year of use, am throwing this away.

Christmas gift fail

I found these bracelets online and thought they were beautiful I mention this to all my coworkers as a gift for our boss for Christmas. So essentially I was in charge of it and I ordered it on November 14. Since I knew it takes a while to get done. By my mistake I did order the wrong size but about 10 minutes after I ordered it I realized it and called and spoke To Joseph from their customer service. He promised me he would change it and it would be fine and they would send the correct size it hadn’t been made yet of course cause I just ordered it no worries. The bracelet comes a couple weeks before Christmas but it was the wrong size the size I originally ordered. Once again I call Joseph and asked to Joseph from their customer service. We understand the stress one can be under to make sure a special gift is delivered on time.

We are a small, 10-person team in Downtown LA, working with local manufacturers on our handmade pieces. At times, we are limited by our manufacturers' schedules, which is why it may not have been able to be completed by January 12th. Our manufacturers close for their holiday break for the week after Christmas, which effectively does impact the time it takes to deliver our products to the customer.

Joseph is an extremely hardworking team member who has been working to make sure this gift gets delivered, within the described restraints, including contacting the manufacturers to have production rushed.

Please know that we are working within our best abilities to produce and deliver a product that we know is sentimental to our customers. Joseph has delivered thoughtful and satisfactory customer service to hundreds of Coordinates customers.

Poor Quality for the Price!

I too purchased a silver necklace from Coordinates Collection, and agree that the quality of the chain is beyond poor. It looked like and old chain that had been in the bottom of a drawer for years, and never polished. I was surprised that the quality was so poor, particularly because of the $165 price! The pendant itself is nice, and appears to be better quality. I sent the necklace back and requested it be put on a new chain, based on the design of the piece, I couldn't just switch it to a different chain myself. They sent the piece back to me, looking just as bad as the original, and it subsequently broke. I only wore it a handful of times. I gave up on finding a satisfactory solution, because the customer service department was not very helpful. I was very disappointed and would NOT recommend this company to anyone. It's a good concept, but I'm sure that there are other companies that provide a higher quality product and actually stand behind their product. Buyer beware, you don't actually get what you've paid for with Coordinates Collection!

I was excited at the idea of coordinates collection to put down the coordinates of where my wife and I met and have it stamped on a piece of jewelry she would always wear. I decided to purchase the Fjord necklace and had our coordinates and wedding date engraved.

The total was around $200. I presented the gift to my wife for our first wedding anniversary. It has not even been 2 years and despite following all of the care instructions provided, the piece is tarnished, and the chain has broken twice. The first time it broke was just after a year and conveniently outside the warranty period.

I called customer service to see if they could assist me, but stated there was nothing they could do. Since it was much more to mail and have the necklace repaired at their facility I chose to go to my trusted jeweler where I purchased my wife's wedding ring and band. They fixed the chain and offered to polish the piece. I received a call from them that they could not polish the piece for risk of tarnishing the piece further.

This just after one year of having the piece and following Coordinates care directions. Within one month of having the piece back the chain broke again. I know the jeweler I went to is not at fault because they did a phenomenal job on repairing and restoring a gold chain at the same time and there were no problems with that. Overall I feel that this company creates cheap pieces of jewelry.

Their platform is on providing sentiment for a lifetime when if actuality their jewelry doesn't last one year.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. In fact I feel someone could find better quality jewelry in the clearance rack at an accessorizing store.

The necklace I received looks nothing like those on the website. The necklace is tarnished, stamped in black writing, and has the incorrect engraving on the back. I paid $160 dollars for a necklace that looks to be worth about $1.60. I emailed customer service and when I did not receive an email back by the end of the day decided to call customer service. When I called the person who answered claimed there was no customer service agent available, then proceeded to tell me that only one single person handles returns and he was not in. This company is a prime example of false advertising and I warn all others not to be fooled.

False Advertizing

I received a pop up on Instagram saying for the next 48 hours they had a "buy one legend bracelet get one free" deal. However, when I went to get the bracelets on the website it said that the deal already ended. I tried to follow Up with customer service to explain that the deal ended before I even got the pop up on Instagram and how that was false advertizing but they cut off the response on their end. I think if you are going to post a deal on Instagram make sure it is valid when it is posted. Seems like a scam to me to get people on their web site only to tell them the deal ended before it began. I agree with the comments below, bad customer service. They should have comped me the deal since they had it advertised as such.

Coordinates Collection Necklace Review

I received a sterling silver coordinate collection necklace for my birthday. I took it off every night, never wore it in the shower, got it wet, dirty, etc. Two weeks after receiving it, it was completely tarnished. I sent it back to be redone and after receiving the new one, same problem has occurred. Waste of $160.
